I just went out to get my lunch. It is brisk out there.

The bbc weather site shows it is going to be cold for a few days yet. I am trying very hard not to up my calorie intake - hopefully I will lose some weight.

I went swimming last night - my first proper swim since my swimming last week. I was about 4 seconds a length faster!
