    I bought 2 dehumidifiers last night. When I got home I unpacked one and plugged it in. The noise level from it was quite loud.

      I just called the "help" line and they might not offer a refund as it has been used.
      Not sure about that...

      I think there might be a if they don't come up with a solution.

        Also, as I unpacked it there is a 10% charge for re-packing. They can feck right off.

              Just got off the phone (10p / minute) and the manager has said there will be a refund, but a 10% re-stocking charge.
