Having seen the same guy present on a topic last year and this, I've decided that next year, I'm going to put my pitch in for a presentation.
I could run rings round the guy who's done presentations on my niche for two years now - plus speakers get a free three day passComment

I'd be astounded if one of them happens - PM is a bit clueless and asked me twice on the same day for my card. About two hours apart, so it's not like it was a long gap.Comment

Another consultancy is in talks with another supplier to go in and "help" with their solution because they haven't got the right people in place to be able to deliver.
Client -> Consultancy A -> Consultancy B -> Me
Not sure I like the sound too much, but the solution A have pitched to Client has been rejected ('cos it's a bit tulip really), and they haven't got any ideas people to work round it and come up with a new solution.
That wouldn't be too bad, really.Comment
