Just starting to set up a cloggie limited, it aint half expensive and long winded
UK = 50 - 70 quid and your accountant sends you an e-mail within 24 hours saying you're good to go and even sets up your bank account for you.
NL - 20.5k in total, Admin of 2.5k fill in numerous forms, make appointments with banks, accountants and notaries and fill in more forms. You also have to deposit a minumum of 18k in your business bank account to show you have working capital.Comment
