I think it might be along the lines of "Not too keen on that, can you change this, that and the other. What about another class for that. It needs to be able to do this...."

i.e. we'll ignore the expensive, expert advice we're paying for. Oh, and can you deviate from the spec and include this as well, which we've never mentioned before and will deny it if someone else says they want something different.

ClientCo for project 1 keep asking for me to update the functional spec. I keep batting them back with three defences:

1) I don't have access to your document management system.

2) I don't have the latest version of Word, so I can barely read what you send me, let alone write it.

3) THEY ARE THE FUNCTIONAL TEAM, NOT ME!!!!!!!
