        It's up there with yesterday's email from the SENIOR Business Analyst (not just a BA, but a SENIOR one), in response to me asking for an up-to-date, accurate specification which answered my questions.








        The email says "...I find it difficult to comprehend myself..." and includes the worst flow chart I've ever seen.

          The flow chart isn't bad in terms of complexity, it's just awful the way that it's been written.

            One start point, parallel flows into two completely different scenarios, which then come together at a decision point, which then has different outcomes based on which of the two scenarios we are in.....

            And doesn't provide enough information to go on!!
