We're going on holiday with some other friends (and their three kids) next summer for two weeks, which I'm looking forward to.

Generally, I try to get on with the friends of my children. But I really don't like her.

Dad is a t0sser. Makes a good impression on others, but treats mum like dirt (they are possibly splitting up, but it's been like that for over a year now).

Mum is sweet, drives me daft sometimes, but is OK. MrsF likes her.

But you can't say anything about the child.

With certain other friends, I wouldn't hesitate to discipline or tell them not to do something.

I'm not sure I would dare to tell this child off because she'd scweam and scweam.

Mum has little money to spend, but keeps buying things for the child. ALL THE TIME.

OK, they come from eBay, but when you have to sell on eBay so you can buy things for the child, there is something wrong there.

Quite easily, yes you can. DD1's party downstairs has 6 invited girls and our 2.

I could have hired a hall and invited 60 people, but said no. Actually, I don't know 60 people, so I couldn't.
