              The process logic hasn't changed. It hasn't been changed (apart from what the client asked to change) since May.

              It's just taken them this long to work out what the process does.

                Strangely enough, it does exactly what they asked it to do.

                I didn't manage to predict that five months after delivery, they might want it to do something completely different that had never been thought of or mentioned before
