                Morning all.

Yet another day of COSHH forms to come.

My productivity has reached an all time low.

(Which, in itself is remarkable, which is why I remarked upon it).

I can just about manage 3 of these forms a day before the urge to jump out of the window & end it all becomes overwhelming.

and my legs and chest are aching today. I went training last night (properly) - first time in a long time. I've been instructing for a while.
