Assumed my contract renewal was due soon, so thought it best to start renewal negotiations.
I get sent an internal list of what rates all the contractors are on, saw that mine was down as higher than I'm actually on and also that my contract dates were actually longer than the pimp had originally told me
So sent an e-mail to pimp regarding this as part of contract renewals and also stated that since i'm recruiting for my project that the people they are sending me through are on a significantly higher rate than me and I'm supposed to be managing these people.
Pimp comes back with "sorry, we forgot to to tell you the contract was longer" and we did try and renegotiate your rate but clientco say no.
Needless to say I aint a happy bunny!Comment
