            I am.

It's reasonably easy with the scaffolding in place.

From observation, the top half was last painted (with proper lead paint) in 1935.

The latest layer of black stuff smells funny as I sand it off.

The proper brown, green, or white leaded paint layers are much better.

Boringly enough, one has observed how the sides that get the sun are in much worse condition than the side that's sheltered from the wind, rain & sun.

              Goodness me.

              I never knew that.

              Urban Dictionary: troughing

But then again, at my advanced years...

I thought I'd do it myself.

                    Bored.

                    Now.
As well as the external examiner, I now have an esteemed customer redoing his 3rd year project.
