The code (and I use the word lightly) was written by a consultancy that off-shored it, with (it appears) only rudimentary knowledge of Oracle (and none in this niche area).
So I've told them to give me 6 weeks and I'll re-do the 6 months of development from scratch and get it fixed.Comment
