            a bit better and in pain, I hate to think how I'll feel tomorrow.

                      Has anyone done a gap analysis across the various risk assessment training sessions to ensure all necessary risks are being covered? Who checked that analysis? Is there a risk there may be risks not covered by the two risk assessment training sessions? Has anyone done a risk assessment of this?
