      Relatively, depends on what pastry you use, if Filo, make sure to keep it moist (damp towel is good).

      Also make doubly sure the spinach has been wrung out as you'll have soggy triangles otherwise

                    I say "blood-letter" because I used to think they were nurses but now I have seen the job ads in the Job Centre for Phlebotomists which requires no qualifications and pays £7 per hour.
