Rebooting it seems to have done the trick. Thankfully.
My super new combi boiler started giving E133 messages.
The causes (according the manual) are "low gas pressure or flame detector failure".
The actual cause was the condensate pipe being frozen, as was revealed when the plumber cut the condensate pipe in the airing cupboard & half a gallon of water came out.
After a week or so with a bucket in the airing cupboard, I have now made an engineering change & there's a new t piece & a tap that I can open if it happens again. (Which it won't, naturally enough, now I've done that).
