Now having a quiet debate (they can't touch you for it) about whether I should use the clock with a LED binary display or one that drives an LCD.

I suppose I can display more (debugging) stuff on a two line lcd.

It seems vaguely ridiculous to have to have "far" calls on a device with 1024 words of program memory.
