I've inherited a mess and it's needs to be sorted otherwise the project will go tits up bigtime.
Have also the problem that the chocolate teapot who was running the project before be is refusing to accept the fact he's been booted off the project(despite several e-mails and meetings with people to tell him that).
I'm consoling myself that I have two interviews elsewhere as I am sooooo close to walking. I still unfortunately have 4 weeks notice.
