I should have got around to closing the company a year ago, but it was due some (not much) interest in respect of the Corporation Tax that was paid a long time in advance when I shut up shop in the UK.
That interest was never going to be much because HMRC stopped paying interest on early payments not very long afterwards and I have decided that it is not worth paying for another annual return while still waiting.
