At the time next door had a lovely black & white neutered tom.
He liked me & I liked him.
After about a fortnight of not seeing me, he invited himself in & wandered upstairs to my bedroom to say hello.
I was ever so sad when he got run over.
And had to be buried several times coz the foxes kept digging the poor old thing up again.

I got ours cremated, isn't good when you're spread the ashes over their former favourite part of the garden and the wind blow said ashes all over you.
