Of course they have Sky, this is Rupert Murdoch's part of the world.
But the free-to-air channels set a very low benchmark. They are all commercial so they show the lowest common denominator stuff. QI seems to have survived five episodes and was then pulled, I have no idea if they are going to continue with it later or not.
There is a UK TV Channel where I could watch twenty-year-old episodes of The Bill if I wanted. Peep Show is on later but that is about the only thing on there that I could stomach. There was even an episode of Man about the House on earlier, how long ago was that made?
They do show the latest CSIs, House and Law and Order though so it is not all bad.
