You don't need one, if your contract is worded correctly. Check out the force majeure clause - it will probably say something like you can terminate with immediate effect if the company ceases trading.

If that's the case, then there is nothing that the agency or client can do, providing you actually cease trading. Of course, you can be nice and give them notice etc. but if you have something helpful in your contract then you can use that.
