Just had an esteemed customer whose circuit wasn't working very well.
Then again, 741 op amps aren't renowned for working well off 5V rails. That's +/- 2.5V to make things clear.
And guess what?
I haven't got any single 741 compatible low voltage opamps in stores.
Duals and quads, as many as you like, singles, not so many.

It really amuses me that someone can get confused between an audio mixer (which is actually an adder) and an rf mixer (which is actually a multiplier).
Especially when they're a licensed radio amateur.
