Boo - I had that earlier this year. Spent ages being groomed for the role, I then spent nearly £1k in joining UKOUG and going to the big event in November to meet up and discuss the role further (spent nearly 90 minutes with them!), they said they needed to get the ball rolling etc. etc. and they want to get me in soon.......Originally posted by FiveTimes View Postevening all
Had a rejection from a permie job I really wanted
And then they split the role, and my skills are all in the half of the role that they don't need to fill at the moment.
Frustrating to say the least - something will turn up for you, though, I'm sure.Comment
