What's all this stuff about Sky HD you're going through? (I would look back but I've been to the pub and can't be arsed!!)

My new HD box keeps stuttering and I think I need to get it sorted.

Since the heavy snow we weren't able to receive most of the channels - the picture would either break up or just report "no signal". Managed to convince Sky to send someone out to replace it, but the "new" box isn't filling me with confidence at the moment.

It sounds like your Sky HD box might benefit from a "full system reset" but you would lose any recordings that you have on there.

Have you tried switching it off & back on again?

Alternatively, bleed your radiators.
