I'm mostly worried about not having access to jobserve and missing out on potential gigs.
a) What you will be missing is the opportunity to apply for gigs where you are a poor match. For those gigs where you are 100% match and local, those agencies that have your CV on their database will be mobile 'phoning & emailing you anyway. So don't worry about those two days.
b) If permies can have 25 days leave a year, why can't you have a couple of days off just because you are on the bench? And anyway, you might not be at your desk, but you're on call aren't you? Well then.
Let yourself off the hook. I promise the world won't end without you.
