Hooorah!
I can finish at 16:40 like normal.
The tedious autoelectrical stuff lecture thingie has finished.
For this year.
Good show.
However we may be having the Music Tech lot from the start of next semester.Comment

Dunno why we have these septic terms like semesters these days.
The terms used to be terms in my young day.
If you see what I mean.Comment

The last time I had a blood test I had a haematoma. It hurt for ages and stopped me using my arm for a few days too. Apparently she tore an artery.
The time before that, they stuck the needle in a tendon. I can strongly recommend you don't try that on yourself. My stomach still turns over as I think of it.
Indeed, writing this I feel quite nauseous.
In mid December, the doc said I needed another blood test. I have been putting it off for a month. Tomorrow morning I'm going up to the local hospital to have it done. But only 'cos the Missus is going with me: not so much for moral support as to make sure I go through with it.
Which is brave of her.
Last time she was in hospital, they took blood from the back of her hand. They gave her a haematoma. Within a couple of minutes, it was the size of a satsuma.
Oh dear. I do feel sick.
It doesn't help that some years ago when I had a tetanus, the nurse stabbed the bone in my shoulder with the needle. And when I had an injection in my bum as a teenager, the nurse scraped my arse-bone (ilium?) with the tip of the needle.
I'm going to bed where I can lie there in the dark and fret about needles and bleeds all night.
