So, today, I've travelled to and from Swansea on the train, fastest ever, in on one & back on the next one.
I've assembled my carpet washer thingie that I bought from Argos on the weekend.
The theory being that it'll get the ZeitMog vomit stains out of the carpets.
(It's better to live in hope, by the way).
I've changed the 150W halogen bulb in one of the security lights in the garage. Amazingly enough the fixing screw for the front glass hadn't rusted into the frame on this one. I must have greased it.
I've focussed the CCTV camera in the garage so stuff is now clear & sharp. It's only been there about 18 months.
I've now realised that the bits of wood shelving I bought on Saturday are too long & will look ridiculous if I use them the way I intended; I'll have to get some 890mm stuff instead of the 1190mm stuff I have. It's amazing the difference it makes when you see the reality.
And my last week's copy of New Scientist turned up this morning.
I bet this week's copy won't appear tomorrow though.Comment
