I telephoned Autoglas this morning, explained that it was raining and that I was willing to take the car to Cardiff to have the screen replaced. They said No, our engineer has a canopy and will do it at your home, as he will be in the area anyway.

Engineer just phoned me at the last minute and asked me to take the car to Cardiff.
