Perhaps yourself and NickFitz could get retirement jobs working for AlreadyPacked's hotel in Goa providing services for residents in exchange for food and board. Just like the cruise ships have IT kaffs and lectures on board, you might be able to talk her into using the facilities for cheap IT training courses (needing support) as well.
