Then again, I've worked out a way to do it more quickly....

... I can think of an algorithm that could do it in 5.4 hours if it ran perfectly. So, bearing in mind performance implications of concurrency, I reckon if we could get an 8 hour slot without an admin/mod logging in, it could be done.
