You Weren't Watching The Good Doctor?

A cracking episode & much better than the Meccano programme which was largely interesting for the history rather than the bridge.

Then I watched BBC4, about Mars, Project Orion, and The Sky At Night.

Odd that Project Orion should be "the only way".

Wot about the reactor driven rockets, such as Project Nerva?

A bit simpler & more controllable than using bombs, I'd have thought, in my lizardly way.

      Less fallout too.

And looking at Freeman Dyson's ears, I'm sure he's a closet Vulcan.

Much as one might expect from someone who calculated the number of atoms in the Sun (Sol, I assume ) at the age of 5.

The relative humidity is 100% here.

            As ever, it's peeing down.

              I still have mine somewhere.
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

I watched the first 30 minutes of that and then went to bed. I may finish watching it if I run out of other things to watch.

(You may have summised that I'm not a massive fan of Doctor Who).

The James May series? The next installment of that is about Scalextric, and features the circuit that is just down the road from me (the largest circuit in Europe or so I'm told). DS2 had his birthday party there this year.

Right - off upstairs to prepare for my 1100 interview. Judging by the people on the call, it shouldn't be too technical (famous last words).

That said, I have no idea how technical the "Head of Department Program Management Office Technology Department" might be
