I can't recall whether it's an urban myth, but I once heard a story about a chap that ate a massive packet of bombay mix to accompany his beer, and it swelled up into a mass that had to be surgically removed from his stomach.

That's a lot more eloquent than my response the last time some yoofs tried to hassle me. Again they were showing off to some girls, but chose to do so when my kids were present. I wasn't impressed.

I'm looking after a couple of the kids while the missus is out, then I need to pop to John Lewis to dump an old TV as part of a trade-in against a new one for my parents, then I'll be biting my nails during the West Brom game, then I need to do some clearing out in Toddler Flux's "room-to-be", then I'll help the missus make tea, then I'll help DS1 with building his Baneblade, then I might have a beer and watch some TV.
