Sort of.
At least, I can remember writing it & what it did...
I was rather pleased with a utility I wrote to chkdsk the 8" ISIS-II floppy disks on the Intel MDS-II blue box...
As far as I'm aware, it didn't come as standard.
So I wrote one on a GA16-220 mini in FORTRAN IV....
We had a lot of problems with crosslinked files & such like.Comment
