Break for "lunch" - thats a joke! The sandwiches turned up at about 12.... been sitting simmering under celophane for the past 1 1/2 hrs.... warm, limp, pretty foul to be blunt.... and its "rush hour" at the usual sandwich bar.... Tulip!

Speaking of codliver oil... I discovered that there was no cod liver oil capsule in my lunch box....
