      I used an ancient (& ripped off) version of Wordstar for Dos on an Amstrad 1512 many moons ago.

      It was great.

      An infinite improvement on the General Automation line editor I'd used for the previous 7 years.

      @1/5,P
      to display the first 5 lines....

      @C=Y to end the edit session... etc. etc. etc.

      @K=Y did something, but I can't remember what... it may have inserted text from another file.
