I took re-boiling to mean just switching the kettle on again until the water boils, at which point it gets added to the teabag waiting in the cup?

Instead of reboiling:

• remove the teabag from the empty mug
• pour the hot water, from height, into the mug
• leave the hot water in the mug for a few seconds
• pour the water, from height, back into the kettle
• turn the kettle back on
• put the tea-bag in the heated mug
• when the kettle boils, pour the boiling water in the mug.

Getting the air back into the water somehow makes better tea. As does heating the mug.

Ah, I see what you mean now. I do always warm a pot when I make one, but never seem to bother when just using a mug.
