Grand thanks... been doing lots of walking in preparation for the Manchester 10k - Going to rejoin the gym too and see if I can get back on the wagon with my diet... I have good days and bad days but I am really trying to cut out carbs at the moment

Not bad thanks, had to finish an application that had suddenly become "urgent" for ClientCo over the last couple of days, so that kept me busy for a while. Think it's just about done now though, and I couldn't really drag it out any longer.
