The Tardebigge Flight is not so much a flight of locks as a right of passage.
A crew of three of us got through there in about 3 hours one morning. We got to the pub at the bottom just as they unlocked the doors.

That's very good going. We were being held up by the "crew" in front last time, so we ended up helping them out as well I would have prepared to wait at the pub.

Don't tell my Dad, but the reason he had to send his first ever colour telly back was because I had been learning about oscilloscopes in physics. I dismantled something for the magnets and wrecked the colour telly playing with moving the image around.
