I used to order continuous stationery with microperforated edges for the sprocket holes. Those edges, when torn off, were ideal for sliding between your teeth to remove bacon strings and bits from sausages and pies that get stuck between your teeth.

They supply both varieties, although the latter tend to accompanied with crispy pastry (sometimes burnt).

I have a pad of mini post-it notes for the same purpose - a note folded in half is perfect.
