I went for a walk at Trosley Country Park (I think CM knows it) then went to see my builder for a quick chat. He only lives 5 minutes from there.

Stone me, this AVR programming gizmo is complicated.
It's got half a dozen separate sockets, jumper wires, jumpers, crystal sockets and all sorts of stuff.
I've had to RTFM.
And it's still pretty opaque.
All I want to do is program a ATtiny45 FFS.
(That's FFS as FFS not as a portion of the ATtiny45 part number... )Comment

Kids have had their hair cut, so time for lunch (one of my favourite nine meals of the day) then off to Morrisons. Via the beer place.Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?Comment

Having RTFM, it's still obscure, but I've fitted the jumpers like it says in the little picture.
I'm about to let the smoke out.Comment

Waiting to do handover to my My Numpty who is a tad scared of coming out of his office at the moment as I have to show him how to create a 'Form' in Word.
He is still upset as they will no install ' One Note' on his PC and he has not used 'word' before much.
You would not believe he is suppose to be a developer!Just call me Matron - Too many handbagsComment
