Yes, he seemed like a thoroughly decent sort of a chap; albeit a little lacking in some of the more modern technologies. I always wondered if he had a pack of Werthers about him too.

Why is it that spurned partners feel the need to take their kids life when they be estranged from their partners - it's sick.

I can't even begin to imagine what state of mind that those people must be in. It's frightening to think that a parent could be capable of such a thing.
