    A interim solution to the FTP account issue has presented itself:

    Them: "Can you bring the 40Mb ascii text file over to us, or create a shared drive somewhere with appropriate access and stick it on there?"

    Me: "How about I zip it down to 2.5Mb and attach it to this email?"
    Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

                      He's not that fussed about a return this time anyway. He's a good chap though, but for some reason I keep expecting him to break out the Werther's Original.
