Whilst those calls can be annoying I agree, they are in your best interests. Those readings are not good and whilst you may feel fine, hypertension is a serious condition that is not known as an often undiagnosed killer for no reason. Get it sorted, even if it means taking a pill every day for the rest of your life.

May need some PHP work done where I am, would be a very short contract however - plus you will have to have a hard hat and high vis vest

I have those (in fact I have a selection of high vis tops, from vests to jackets to coats to t-shirts).

I also have steel toe capped safety boots.

My PHP is a little rusty though.
