Hectic. Very nice, though.

Mine was the only mobile phone that got no reception while we were away - result!!

Nowhere near as cold as last year, which was nice, and the girls enjoyed it. Next Christmas, we're going nowhere, though.

My friend who owns an agency working with media types (think Crayola, Duplo etc), said he expects to start getting roles again at the end of this week!

Not really - brain scan on Friday, though. Had a bit of dizziness this morning, which I've not had for ages.

That said, I managed to go on Star Tours at Disneyland with no ill-effects (although MrsF felt sick on it and DD1 refused to come on it!)

I'm more worried about having to fend off the inevitable "are you working yet? Are you really looking? Are you being too picky?" that I will get from my parents who haven't yet realised that I'm NOT A BABY ANY MORE

I've got enough saved to weather the storm - if I run out of money before I get a three month contract, then we're all much more f***ed than any of us can foresee...

Definitely - although we did tease him by not including it with his Santa presents. Instead I got my parents to give it to him as their present. He seems to be pretty adept at it already, and I've still not had a go yet!
