This is that beginning of the day bit where everyone's got into work - made sure that client contact/boss/managers etc have noticed that, they've fired up the PC, opened Outlook, said hi to TPD, opened up something worky so it looks like they're busy then gone off to waste a good 1/2 an hour in the canteen/outside or wherever people go to do this.
