Do you think if its a cold day and I ask to stick my hands in her muff to warm them that she will let me?

I would go a step further and suggest that as you will be paying for the muff you have an inherent right to put your hands in to warm them whenever you please. Is it large enough for both hands? It's a bit difficult to tell from the picture.

It's absolutely crazy - but that's what happens when the government brings in a "consultancy" to do it fixed price. This is how they think they might save money, somehow - it's only a week but if nothing else comes in, then I may as well do it.
