agent didnt show at 930 to do the inventory. i rang at 10 to say I was leaving. First person says "oh, he's on his way" then "someone in the office wants to speak to you" then "he can't make it today, so just leave the keys. we don't have a phone number for you so couldn't ring"
And I missed the earlier train by 7 minutes
sat waiting for the next one, which means a mad dash from train station to hospital this afternoon
