I cleared first in 1996. I was going to move house but it had subsidence - I should have bought a second in LOndon but I invested in BTLs in Burnley!

Second a cleared in 2003 with the divorce. Then the BFH got 66% of that.......

BTL in Burnley is looking promising at the moment - UCLAN is opening a new campus here, and there is meant to be some BIG investment / rejuvenation of the area going on.

I considered it a few years back, but didn't have the cash handy.
