Although he is a muppet, it wasn't all his fault. Silly management lumbered him with stuff he's not got a clue about.

The permie who usually handled that stuff legged it in on his Xmas break, without giving him proper instructions and of course no one knows anything of any documentation, fools.

All good for me though.

In fairness the jungle telegraph tells me that there was some "mis-understanding" between JLR and Incat about rates; think it might be a case of 6 of one....

I thnk the "misunderstanding" was realised when Incat figured out how much margin they could make - there was a big difference in numbers.
