    It's a standard feature of vBulletin. Another forum that I use (well, MrsF uses mostly for crafty things, and I post my usual high humour and geeky comments) uses vBulletin, and I was chatting with someone there about Meta tags, and checked what theirs did.

    Their one includes the thread title and forum name in the meta tag too. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing to have as far as SEO goes.
